How can you get involved in 2025?
Take part as a workplace team, as an individual, or with friends and family - choose an approach that best suits you!
It’s easy to register and access your bespoke fundraising page, plus great resources to help you make the most of Walk for Wellbeing.
What are the benefits of taking part in Walk for Wellbeing?
Walk for Wellbeing is an accessible, meaningful industry movement that promotes the importance of wellbeing in hospitality and generates vital funds for Hospitality Action.
For workplace teams, the event also provides a chance to develop teamwork skills, build stronger workplace relationships and promote an inclusive, collaborative culture as part of a wellbeing and CSR strategy.
Join the Cornwall walk on Sunday 19 October hosted by The Lost Gardens of Heligan.
Starting at 10am with registration at 9.30am at Heligan Gardens entrance, the walk will finish at 3pm with a BBQ, the 20km Route Map can be downloaded here.
20km is a significant distance, so come prepared to make the most of your day. Pack water bottles and snacks, wear suitable shoes and clothing (check the weather!) and have emergency contact details to hand.
Make a difference
With mental health issues, the cost-of-living crisis and fear of homelessness at an all-time high, Walk for Wellbeing helps Hospitality Action to:
• Support the 1 in 2 people with mental health issues that contact HA for support
• Deliver in-person and phone counselling sessions
• Provide emergency grants to put food on the table
Let’s walk the walk and make a difference together – register to take part, today!
