We are thrilled to announce the Summer Cycle Challenge, Hampshire 2025. Kindly hosted by Lainston House, part of the Exclusive Collection.

Sign up now to join 150 fellow cyclists on a special tour of the picturesque Hampshire countryside raising funds for a great cause.

Taking place on Monday 23 June there will be four exciting routes to choose from, each exploring the glorious Hampshire countryside. All routes will start and end in the 17^th century grandeur of Lainston House, Winchester.

·         The short ride (20 miles) is perfect for those who fancy a leisurely cycle.

·         For the more adventurous, there are two mid-routes to choose from (40 and 60 miles).

·         With a gruelling (100 miles) route for seasoned cyclists. 

Five star feeding stations are the hallmark of Hospitality Action cycling events. Participants can expect luxurious treats, locations to be announced soon.

All cyclists will round off the day with a congratulatory BBQ at the Lainston House finish line and will toast their success with a chilled glass of Taittinger Champagne, kindly donated by Hatch Mansfield.

Please note this challenge can only accommodate 150 participants and the registrations portal will close at midnight on Monday 9 June. 

You can register as an individual or create a team and invite colleagues, suppliers or even competitors to join you. If you create a team, you will automatically be named the Team Captain. 

By registering to take part you have kindly agreed to raise a minimum of £200 (excluding Gift Aid) and we ask that as much of your fundraising is raised as possible before the big day!

Summer Online Auction 

To help us boost the fundraising for this challenge we are holding a Summer Online Auction between the 16 - 23 June. 

If you are able to donate a prize be it an overnight stay, spa break, dinner or brunch or food, drink or cycling products please email [email protected] by 19 May and we will include your generous donation. We will also be asking our cyclists to share the online auction with their friends, family and professional network to maximize funds raised.

As part of your registration, your fundraising page will automatically be created for you. You will receive another automated email confirming this.
